Structure

Levels of Play

Teams are placed into divisions by age and ability. Games at 10U and above are scored in GameSheet, and RPI is used for seeding and tie-breaks.

8U Mite

Played in the USA Hockey ADM cross-ice format. 2025-26 groupings: 08 Mite Preseason, 8U Blue 1, 8U Red 1-3, and 8U White 1-4.

10U Squirt

Full-ice play tiered by ability. Games are scored in GameSheet, with RPI used for seeding and tie-breaks.

12U Peewee

CSHL high school hockey is run in partnership with the North Coast High School Hockey League (NCHSHL) in the B American and B National divisions.

Note: CSHL play tops out at 14U on the youth side — there are no 16U or 18U divisions. Older players continue through the league's High School divisions.
